Had to return the product. No one could hear me clearly on it. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

I purchased this product about a month ago for my frequent road trips (100 - 200 miles each way). The unit is a little hard to get used to since the manual is severely lacking in instructions as to how to use the functionality in a way that is most convenient (e.g. during a call, when you want to switch from FM transmitter to the unit's speaker because of static). However, once you get a hang of the sequences in button-pushing to follow for easily transitioning between functions, the SP700 operates well. Caller feedback so far is that I can be heard loud and clear. The noise cancellation works VERY well. When you find an FM station that works with the unit, the streaming to your car speakers is wonderful and as loud as you'd like it to be. I was a little disappointed that this unit could not pick up my music from my iPhone. The salesperson told me that it would, but it would be in mono, not stereo. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Whatever phone you are using must have A2DP bluetooth transmission for music to be transmitted at all. This is also true of bluetooth headsets. It is a technology limitation of the phone, not the Jabra SP700. So far, I am pleased with this product's clarity and functionality, especially since I don't have to wear a headset for hours at a time anymore :-) Happy Holidays!!!
