It was easy to take with me to all the activities - parties, sightseeing, family shots - and the price was right!

I asked him to find one that was simple to use, reasonably priced, and took good photos and this one more than filled the bill. I love dealing with Amazon and have always been happy with purchases made through them. My daughter enjoys using it and the pictures are great. It can even take movies and uses rechargable batteries, a real plus since disposable batteries can be expensive. The pictures are clear and crisp. When zooming in on the pictures, detail that we didn't even know was there, was captured. My only problem came about 5 months after buying the camera when, for what seems to be no reason, the lense refuses to retract and the camera now won't shut off without me taking the battery out of it. This happened right in the middle of a birthday party for my 13 year old daughter. Even the LCD screen quit working.

No image stabilization but for a little less than $100 it is one of the best choices if you don't want to spend a lot on a small camera. Besides, everyone can live without image stabilization in this type of product.
