Poor customer service from Samsung! - Don't Duy!Date: 2008-12-03 Rating: 2 out of 10This camera took OK pictures until it broke after only 3 months. Samsung customer service conveniently claimed "physical damage" so that they did not have to cover the repair. I appealed to their Case Management since I knew there was no physical damage that caused the camera to stop working. They had no interest in hearing anything I had to say and only rudely repeated "Samsung will not be covering any repairs". This process took 3 weeks and was a complete waste of my time. Samsung does not stand behind their products. Do not buy Samsung products.

I used this camera on my vacation, it was great. I even got pretty decent photos from the car, while it was moving.
