Got a dudDate: 2009-01-06 Rating: 2 out of 10I received my 8 GB card and reads must be formatted. I called SanDisk and after troubleshooting, they told me the product was defective. No I have to jump through hoops to have it exchanged.

That's what SanDisk partnumber SDSDQR-8192-A11M is supposed to be and the picture on Amazon clearly shows a class 4 card with a micro reader. However what I received was an older class 2 card and no reader and was Sandisk partnumber SDSDQ-008G-A11M. When I tried to process my return for a refund I was told I would have to talk to customer service and that they would do an exchange only. Not being sure I'd ever receive the right item I talked to customer service and they allowed me to return the item for a full refund.
