As of today my account has not been credited with the return of the 2nd GPS I recived! And, when I go to MY Account to review status, it shows nothing about the GPS I purchased!

I mailed it back to the company and they have had it a month now. They are clueless and rude on the phone and I have no product now for 1 month and counting. If you don't need all the bells and whistles, but want something that is small/lightweight and very portable (slips into your front pocket with ease) then this device is for you. But it does tell me I have a turn coming up and the road name is viewable on the screen. Works well and quickly, would definately recommend for an entry level GPS.
