I would have given it a 5-star rating, but gave it four stars because the original delivered box had a problem with the closing mechanism, and got a replacement. I know, I know, it is made in China . . . and the quality control there is not that important apparently (judging by poor quality of most of the made-in-China products I come across every day).
As I stated in the review for the post that comes together (optional) with this mailbox, installing it was not as easy as I would have liked. The detail and coloring are great; the quality is obvious. I was surprised by the weight, it's not a big deal; I just didn't realize it was going to be so heavy. You get what you pay for from them, a sturdy, attractive mailbox.
